Abstract:
An end-to-end imaging device design method, and an apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining a preset scene corresponding to training an imaging device (S110); constructing a complex lens system on the basis of a differentiable ray tracing engine, and obtaining a pre-processed image corresponding to the preset scene using a differentiable ray tracing rendering method and on the basis of sensor model simulation (S120); utilizing an image post-processing network and restoring a generated image corresponding to the preset scene from the pre-processed image (S130); and updating a parameter of a lens and a parameter of the image post-processing network according to the generated image and a corresponding reference image (S140). The present method implements end-to-end calculation and imaging, and by means of a differentiable ray tracing-based optical engine, simulated image data containing various aberrations is generated while training and updating of a parameter of a complex optical lens are performed, and an effect of designing an imaging device by a means of training using data is achieved.
