Title:
ENDOKININ C/D-ORIGIN PEPTIDES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/140567
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are peptides which can sustain an antagonistic activity to substance P over a long period of time. A peptide selected from among (a) to (c) can sustain an antagonistic activity to substance P, a pain-relieving activity and an anti-inflammatory activity over a long period of time: (a) Ala-Tyr-Gln-Leu-Glu-His-Thr-DTrp-Gln-Gly-Leu-Leu-NH2; (b) a peptide comprising a partial sequence of (a) which consists of consecutive 6 to 11 amino acids at least containing Thr-DTrp-Gln-Gly-Leu-Leu-NH2 at the C-terminal; (c) Ala-Tyr-Gln-Leu-Glu-His-Thr-Phe-Gln-DTrp-Leu-Leu-NH2; and (d) a peptide comprising a partial sequence of (c) which consists of consecutive 6 to 11 amino acids at least containing Thr-Phe-Gln-DTrp-Leu-Leu-NH2 at the C-terminal.
