Abstract:
Provided are: an endoscope leading tip that enables a reduction in the diameter thereof and exhibits excellent alignment accuracy for components (e.g., imaging device) accommodated therein; an endoscope; and a method for producing the endoscope leading tip. This endoscope leading tip is characterized: by being provided with a tubular channel 70 into which a treatment instrument is inserted, a light guide 80 for guiding illumination light emitted from the light source, an imaging device 40 for capturing an image of an observation site lit by the illumination light from the light guide 80, and an affixing member 60 made of a resin and having a cylindrical outer shape, for sealing around the channel 70, the light guide 80, and the imaging device 40; and in that the channel 70 is in surface contact with the imaging device 40, and the light guide 80 is in surface contact with the channel 70 and/or the imaging device 40.
