Abstract:
Provided is an endoscope objective optical system having a small diameter and good image formation capability, while being capable of magnifying observation and normal observation. The endoscope objective optical system comprises, in order from the object side, a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power, a second lens group G2 having negative refractive power, and a third lens group G3 having positive refractive power, such that the lens surface of the second lens group G2 positioned closest to the image has a concave surface facing toward the image, and the second lens group G2 moves along the light axis.
