Abstract:
This endoscope reprocessor includes: a concentration meter including a housing having a recess, the concentration meter also including a permeable membrane covering the recess, the concentration meter further including an internal liquid contained in the recess; a tank for containing a liquid to be measured and holding the concentration meter so that the permeable membrane will be in contact with the liquid to be measured; a first adjustment unit for adjusting the pressure of the internal liquid; a second adjustment unit for adjusting the pressure of the liquid to be measured; a control unit for controlling the first adjustment unit and the second adjustment unit to provide a first state in which the pressure of the internal liquid is at a first pressure and the pressure of the liquid to be measured is at a second pressure, and also provide a second state in which the pressure of the internal liquid is at a third pressure lower than the first pressure, and the pressure of the liquid to be measured is at a fourth pressure lower than the second pressure; and a maintenance unit for maintaining the second state for a predetermined period of time.
