Abstract:
This endoscope system is provided with: an endoscope (1) which images the inside of a subject and acquires an image; a three-dimensional position estimation unit (22) which estimates the three-dimensional position of a part of the inside of the subject on the basis of the image; and a determination unit (27) which, on the basis of prescribed parameters related to the endoscope system, determines the reliability of the three-dimensional position estimated by the three-dimensional position estimation unit (22).
