Abstract:
Provided are: an endoscope treatment tool which can be easily operated regardless of how an operator holds the operation part; an endoscope device; and a treatment method. An endoscope treatment tool 20 comprises: a tip part 23 provided with a openable/closable holding part 24; a bendable bending part 25 adjacent to the tip part; an operation part 22 into which operation to close the holding part and operation to bend the bending part are input; and an operation wire 27 for transmitting the operation on the operation part to the holding part and the bending part. When the operation wire is made linear and the operation part is viewed along the direction of the axis line of the operation wire toward the tip part, the position of a bending operation face of the bending part is located within a range larger than 180 degrees in the clockwise direction and less than 270 degrees in the clockwise direction in the circumferential direction of the axis line from the position at which an operation handle 51 that causes the bending part to operate is provided on the operation part.
