Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: a holding part 11; a prism holding frame to which a prism 19 is secured and that is held by the holding part 11 so as to be freely rotatable; a pulling wire 14 that is secured to the prism holding frame and that is pulled, thereby imparting a first moment K that causes the prism holding frame to be rotated in one direction to the prism holding frame; and an elastic member 17 that has a securing section 17a that is secured to the holding part 11 and a pressing section 17b that comes into contact with the prism holding frame while being pressed thereagainst, that generates, in the prism holding frame, a second moment Q that acts in the opposite direction from the first moment K by means of a force exerted on the prism holding frame by pressing of the pressing section 17b, thus rotating the prism holding frame in another direction R2.
