Abstract:
An endoscopic cap with an attached elevator is provided which is easily attached to and detached from the distal end of an endoscope. This endoscopic cap (50) is provided with: a bottomed cylinder-shape cover (52) which comprises an open end (56) that can be detachably attached on the distal end of an insertion unit of the endoscope; a base (70) comprising a base part (95) arranged on the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the cover (52), a plate-shape first wall (77) and second wall (78) rising from the base part (95) and extending in the axial direction of the cover (52), and an elevator attachment hole (76) through the first wall (77); and an elevator (80) comprising a plate-shape flange (85) arranged between the first wall (77) and the second wall (78), an elevator shaft (82) protruding from a first surface of the flange (85) and inserted in the elevator attachment hole (76), an elevated part (83) protruding from a second surface of the flange (85) in a direction crossing the elevator shaft (82), and a lever connection portion (81) arranged to the base end of the elevated part (83) and connected to a lever, wherein the elevator (80) can rotate with respect to the base (70) about the elevator shaft (82).
