An endoscopic device for effectively and accurately displaying a dental calculus and/or dental plaque, and an endoscope comprising the endoscopic device. The endoscope comprises an endoscopic device (100), comprising: a power input (40) for supplying power to the endoscopic device (100); at least two sets monochromatic light generators (11), wherein each of the monochromatic light generators (11) emits one of the seven types of visible light, each of the monochromatic light generators (11) emits a monochromatic light different from the monochromatic light emitted by the other monochromatic light generators, and each of the monochromatic light generators (11) is used to emit the monochromatic light (S101) to illuminate a tooth of a user, thereby generating an excitation fluorescence spectrum (S102); an image sensor (20) for recording image data I (S103) of the excitation fluorescence spectrum (S102) obtained when the tooth of the user is illuminated by the monochromatic light (S101) emitted by the monochromatic light generator (11); a data exchange module (50) for sending the image data I (S103) recorded by the image sensor (20) to an external terminal device (120) or an external cloud server (110); and a data processor (30) for controlling the operations of every component.
