Abstract:
An endotracheal tube comprising a pharyngeal suction catheter relates to the technical field of medical apparatuses. The endotracheal tube comprises an integrally formed tube body (101), and a pharyngeal suction catheter (103) configured to suck a pharyngeal secretion of a patient. The pharyngeal suction catheter (103) is connected and fixed to a side wall of the tube body (101). During endotracheal intubation, the pharyngeal suction catheter (103) is introduced when the endotracheal tube is inserted. The pharyngeal suction catheter (103) can be placed in a pharynx of a patient for a long period of time, thereby preventing a drawback in which a regular phlegm suction tube is repeatedly inserted to and withdrawn from the pharynx for phlegm suction, as well as preventing discomfort or damage to the patient, and reducing difficulties in nursing the patient. A blocking plate (105) is disposed in the tube body (101). A front end of the pharyngeal suction catheter (103) is a closed end and subject to bending processing, and has a side suction hole. The endotracheal tube is provided with three additional flushing tubes, thereby increasing an efficiency in cleaning the pharyngeal secretion while maintaining an oropharyngeal membrane moist and clean, and reducing side effects of using a regular phlegm suction tube to suck phlegm. Moreover, the invention is provided with a gastric tube passage so that a gastric tube can be inserted easily.
