Abstract:

An energy collection device and method for a rope shaft guide cage. The device comprises a mechanical power on-off control portion, a press rod portion, a power generation portion, and an electrical portion. The energy collection device is disposed on a steel wire rope shaft guide cage (13) by means of kinetic energy of up-down movement of the cage (13), and a pressing motor (4) is controlled to operate, so as to enable an idler wheel (14) to tightly press the surface of a cage stabilizing steel wire rope (15). When the cage (13) moves along the cage stabilizing steel wire rope (15) under the action of a lifting steel wire rope, the idler wheel (14) rotates under the action of friction, and transmits power to a power generator (10), and a circuit conditioning module rectifies and filters an AC generated by the power generator (10) and then charges a storage battery. When a storage battery capacity detection module detects that the capacity of a storage battery reaches a rated saturated state, the pressing motor (4) rotates reversely, the idler wheel (14) breaks away from the cage stabilizing steel wire rope (15), and the power generator (10) stops charging the storage battery.
