Abstract:
Provided is an air-conditioner energy evaluation technology which can sufficiently contribute to energy savings, compared to a conventional technology. When determining that an outdoor air temperature is higher than an appropriate outdoor air temperature (YES at step S6), an energy reduction determination unit 720 determines that it is inappropriate to forcefully take in the outdoor air from the viewpoint of cooling efficiency, etc., instructs a BEMS system 100 to limit the intake of the outdoor air (step S8), and finishes the processing. Upon receiving the instruction to limit the intake of the outdoor air, the BEMS system 100 checks the indoor CO2 concentration, and performs control to limit the intake amount of the outdoor air such that the CO2 concentration falls within a range (i.e., CO2 concentration margin) not higher than 1000 ppm.
