Abstract:
Disclosed is an energy management apparatus wherein an operation condition determination unit (14) uses setting data of an air-conditioning device (31) and a refrigeration showcase (32), operation data of the air-conditioning device (31) and the refrigeration showcase (32), and environment data including room temperature, to determine a division between a normal operation and an abnormal operation of the air-conditioning device (31) and the refrigeration showcase (32). An analytical processing unit (16) calculates the consumed power in a specific condition analyzed using the consumed power at every division stored in a storage unit (15), the operation data, and the environment conditions including the room temperature.
