Abstract:
An energy management server comprising a prediction unit, a scheduler, an acquisition unit, a monitoring unit, a reception unit, and a setting unit. The prediction unit calculates prediction values for energy demand in a building have electric appliances arranged therein. The scheduler creates an operation schedule for the electric appliances on the basis of the prediction values. The acquisition unit obtains energy demand results. The monitoring unit monitors errors between the prediction values and the results. The reception unit receives demand response signals including information encouraging the suppression of energy consumption during a specified period. The setting unit sets threshold values related to the demand response signals. The prediction unit recalculates the prediction values if the errors are at least a default threshold value. The scheduler recreates the operation schedule on the basis of the recalculated prediction values.
