Abstract:
An energy management system for houses is provided with a common controller (8) onto which is connected: a controller (7) for controlling a power grid (1); a controller (2a) for controlling a private power generation means (2); a controller (3c) for controlling a power storage means (3); a controller (4c) for controlling a moving-body power storage means (4); and controllers (5d, 5e, 5f) for controlling in-house loads (5). Since energy to be consumed by and supplied to the loads controlled by the controllers (7, 2a, 3c, 4c, 5d, 5e, 5f) are managed by having the common controller (8) control each of the controllers (7, 2a, 3c, 4c, 5d, 5e, 5f), an integrated management of energy consumption and energy supply within a whole house can be executed, and further, each of the apparatuses can be controlled with one controller (the common controller) (8).
