Abstract:
An energy recycling device, comprising a three-position seven-way reversing valve (7), a dual-oil source coupler (8), and an energy accumulator (6). The three-position seven-way reversing valve (7) comprises a middle position, an energy release position, and an energy recycling position, and an oil inlet, an oil return port, two working oil ports, and three energy saving oil ports are formed at each position; the oil inlet, the oil return port, and the two working oil ports are respectively communicated with two oil ports of a movable arm oil cylinder (2) and oil inlet and outlet paths of a hydraulic system; one energy saving oil port is connected to the energy accumulator (6), and the other two energy saving oil ports are connected to the dual-oil source coupler (8) in a convergent manner; the dual-oil source coupler (8) is connected in parallel to one oil port of the movable arm oil cylinder (2). According to the energy recycling device, oil inlet and outlet paths of the movable arm oil cylinder (2) of an external potential device are changed by means of the three-position seven-way reversing valve (7), the potential of the external potential device is efficiently recycled in a regenerated energy recycling manner of differential communication of two oil cavities of the movable arm oil cylinder (2), and the working reliability of the device is guaranteed.
