Abstract:
An energy-saving airtight steam conduction type food cooking device comprises a steam generator (1) and a heated main body. The steam generator (1) is communicated with an interlayer space of the heated main body (2) through a steam discharging pipe (11). A control valve is arranged in the steam discharging pipe (11). The steam generator (1) is communicated with the bottom of the interlayer space (21) of the heated main body (2) through a condensate water return pipe (13), and a condensate water one-way conducting device for driving the condensate water from the heated main body (2) back to the steam generator (1) is arranged in the condensate water return pipe (13). The steam generator (1) and the heated main body (2) are connected in an airtight mode. The condensate water in the device can be forced back into the steam generator (1) and be heated for recycling use. The water between the steam generator (1) and the heated main body (2) is essentially not reduced and the water supplementing is essentially not required under the unnecessary condition. No furring is produced on the inner wall of the steam generator (1) or on the outer wall of an electric heating tube. The device is of high heat utilization rate, good energy-saving effect, long service life, and convenient installation.
