Disclosed in the present invention is an energy-saving building ventilation roof cover board, comprising a middle beam and side beams, wherein a connection beam is mounted between the middle beam and each side beam; a ventilation blanket board is supported between the middle beam and each side beam; the middle beam is U-shaped, and a water channel is formed in an upper portion of the middle beam; and an angular supporting member is fitted between each ventilation blanket plate and each side beam, and each ventilation blanket plate is inclined towards the middle beam by means of the angular supporting member. The roof cover board further comprises a main water pipe, wherein the main water pipe is connected to the side beams, and a hose is fitted between the main water pipe and each ventilation blanket plate. The device can play a role in heat insulation and can also automatically perform ventilation, thereby reducing cooling energy consumption in summer.
