Abstract:
An energy-saving carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire, and manufacturing method thereof. The energy-saving carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire comprises at least two carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire units (1) configured as bundles. Each of the carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire units comprises multiple carbon fibers configured as a bundle and an insulation layer (2) . The multiple carbon fibers are arranged within the insulation layer. Different carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire units have a same number or different numbers of carbon fibers. The energy-saving carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire employs two or more carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire units, and enables a reduced number of carbon fibers in a single carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire unit, thus reducing a power for heat generation, saving electrical energy, and utilizing a heat superposition effect of multiple carbon fiber-based heat-generating wire units to reach a desired temperature.
