Abstract:
A energy-saving control device (10) receives, from each air conditioning control device (20), information about an amount of power that was consumed by each property (2) for which an energy-saving plan is being executed. The energy-saving control device (10) uses a reduction rate calculation unit (111) to calculate a power consumption amount reduction rate for each property (2). The energy-saving control device (10) uses a classification unit (112) to classify the calculated power consumption amount reduction rates into groups associated with different power-saving plans. The energy-saving control device (10) uses an outlier detection unit (113) to detect outliers from among the classified power consumption amount reduction rates. The energy-saving control device (10) uses a determination unit (114) to determine that the properties (2) associated with the outliers are properties for which an unsuitable energy-saving plan is being executed.
