Abstract:
Provided is an energy-saving control method for an adaptive variable-frequency heat pump hot water heating system, comprising the following steps: establishing a basic functional expression involving a heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgj, an indoor set temperature Tsd, and an outdoor ambient temperature Tw, performing a determination on the basis of a temperature difference between the heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgj and an actual water return temperature Ths, and correcting the heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgj on the basis of the basic functional expression; correcting again the heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgj on the basis of a first corrected functional expression according to a deviation between a stabilized actual room air temperature Tns and the indoor set temperature Tsd; and adjusting a rotating speed of a compressor of a variable-frequency heat pump water heater according to a difference value between an actual water supply temperature Tgs and the heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgi obtained through a second corrected functional expression, such that the actual water supply calculation temperature Tgs and the heat pump water supply calculation temperature Tgi tend to be consistent. The energy-saving control method is advantageous in that heat preservation characteristics of different buildings and differences in arrangement of hot water coils are taken into full consideration, and a water supply calculation temperature is determined and corrected during operation, so that the water supply calculation temperature is more accurate, achieving a more obvious energy-saving effect.
