Abstract:
The present invention operates and controls a plurality of power consumption devices while adapting the power consumption devices to the external environment of a building equipped with the power consumption devices to attain saving of energy. A measurement environmental temperature measured around the building and a reference environmental temperature at the time of the measurement in a control temperature table of an energy saving control program during use for operation and control of the power consumption devices are compared every predetermined time interval. In the control temperature table, the reference environmental temperature corresponding to the time at which the power consumption devices are operated and controlled is set for each of a plurality of the energy saving control program. When a discrepancy state in which the difference between both temperatures is not less than a predetermined value has been continued for a predetermined time, an optimum reference environmental temperature which is the minimum temperature difference between the measurement environmental temperature and the reference environmental temperature is extracted from among the reference environmental temperatures at the time of continuation of the discrepancy state for the predetermined time in the other energy saving control programs of the control temperature table, and the energy saving control program is changed to the other energy saving control program in which the optimum reference environmental temperature is set.
