Abstract:
An energy-saving double-bearing vertical grinder for dry grinding and shaping, comprising a vertically arranged housing (10), a permanent magnet variable frequency motor (20) provided above/below the housing (10), a rotating shaft (30) connected to the output end of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor (20), and a double-helix rotor (40) provided on the rotating shaft (30). A grinding cavity is formed in the housing (10); an upper bearing (50) and a lower bearing (60) are respectively provided at the top and the bottom of the grinding cavity, are both sleeved on the rotating shaft (30), and are located at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating shaft (30); the grinding cavity is filled with a grinding medium; the upper end/upper end surface of the side wall of the housing (10) is provided with a feeding port (11) and a dust collecting port (12) which are communicated with the interior of the grinding cavity, and the lower end/lower end surface of the side wall of the housing (10) is at least provided with two discharging ports (13) communicated with the interior of the grinding cavity; and the lower end surface of the housing (10) is provided with a blower nozzle (14) communicated with the interior of the grinding cavity. Such a double-bearing structure can reduce the vibration and manufacturing requirements of the double-helix rotor, and can increase the rotating speed to improve the grinding efficiency.
