Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is an energy-saving efficient equal-ratio transmission braiding machine for rubber tube steel wire machining, comprising a device base, a material storage tank being welded and fixed on one side of the device base, and steel wires being connected to the outer side of the material storage tank in a penetrating manner; a plastic pipeline, an annular table being fitted over the plastic pipeline, a steel wire guide disc being provided on one side of the annular table, the outer side of the steel wire guide disc being in key connection with a sleeve shaft, and one side of the sleeve shaft being in key connection with a bevel gear; the braiding machine further comprises: a storage box, which is welded and fixed to the position right above the device base, a device box being welded and fixed to the position under the device base, a driving motor being fixed to the position under the device box by means of bolts, a belt pulley being connected to an output end of the driving motor by means of a shaft, and a rotary wire spool being connected right above a material tray by means of a shaft. According to the energy-saving efficient equal-ratio transmission braiding machine for rubber tube steel wire machining, positioning sleeve rods are provided, and rectangular sleeve blocks on the left side and the right side are driven by the positioning sleeve rods to move in two directions, such that the stretching strength of the steel wires is adjusted.
