Abstract:
An energy saving electric heating fan and the making method of its electric heating element are disclosed. The electric heating fan includes a blower and a motor driving the blower in a case (1), an insulation base board with some electric heating elements (2) in the case (1), and a connection electric circuit for connecting the electric heating elements (2) with a power supply. The electric heating elements (2) are heating bodies prepared by steps: coating or screen printing a thin layer of high strength glue with high temperature resistant on a mica base material, then coating or screen printing a layer of heating film with electrodes. Theadhesive agent of the heating film of the heating bodies is prepared by steps: sintering the main material of silicon oxide, alumina, silicon carbide, calcium, kalium at high temperature and high pressure, smashing and filtrating to produce powder, then mixing with a high temperature resistant organic adhesive agent with the expansion coefficient equal to mica.
