Abstract:
An energy-saving and emission-reducing device for recycling purified water after liquid flow dyeing. A mixing tank communicates with a pump body by means of a pipeline, the pump body is connected to an input end of a heater, an output end of the heater communicates with a return pipe, and two ends of the return pipe respectively communicate with two ends of the mixing tank; a partition is arranged in the heater and divides the interior of the heater into two parts; and a liquid storage tank is arranged on one side of the mixing tank, the liquid storage tank communicates with one end of a recycling piping, and the other end of the recycling piping communicates with the return pipe. By analyzing the water quality in a dyeing process, after the apparatus is introduced, compared with a traditional liquid flow dyeing apparatus, 30-40% of water is effectively saved, the water, steam and sewage treatment costs of a dyeing factory are significantly reduced; moreover, the absolute discharge capacity is significantly reduced, thereby achieving the aims of protecting water resources and protecting the environment.
