An energy saving, emission reducing pneumatic device of an internal combustion engine. The device is disposed in front of an air inlet of the internal combustion engine and integrally formed therewith. The pneumatic device comprises a housing (1), an air inlet (2), and an air outlet (3). The housing (1) is provided with a synthetic agent (5) therein. The air inlet (2) and the air outlet (3) are respectively disposed at two sides of an upper end of the housing (1), and the air outlet (3) is in direct communication with the air inlet of the internal combustion engine. An oil and water separator (6) and an air filter (7) are provided at the air inlet (2). A top cover (4) is provided at the top of the housing (1). The device is in direct communication with the air inlet of the internal combustion engine, and the whole pneumatic device forms an integral part of the internal combustion engine. The pneumatic device directly matches a corresponding air outlet diameter according to the size and power of the internal combustion engine. The invention has a that will not change diameter of an engine, and features a simple structure, a novel design, and efficiently reduces carbon emissions.
