Abstract:
Disclosed is an energy-saving and environment-friendly combustion system for a flue gas combustion-supporting industrial furnace, the system comprising: a furnace body (100), a combustor (200) and a heat exchanger (300), wherein the furnace body (100) is provided with a first flue (110) and a second flue (120); the combustor (200) is provided with a first inlet (201) and a second inlet (202); the heat exchanger (300) is provided with a high-temperature flue gas inlet (310), a cold air inlet (320), a low-temperature flue gas outlet (330) and a hot air outlet (340), the high-temperature flue gas inlet (310) is connected to the first flue (110), the low-temperature flue gas outlet (330) is connected to a chimney (400), the cold air inlet (320) is connected to a first fan (F1), the hot air outlet (340) is connected to the first inlet (201) of the combustor (200), and the second flue (120) is connected to the second inlet (202); and the combustor (200) comprises: a central pipe (240), an inner barrel (230) sheathed outside the central pipe (240), an outer barrel (210) sheathed outside the inner barrel (230), and a truncated cone-shaped mixing cavity (220) connected between the outer barrel (210) and the furnace body (100), wherein the first inlet (201) is in communication with a first annular space (270) formed between an outer wall of the central pipe (240) and an inner wall of the inner barrel (230), and the second inlet (202) is in communication with a second annular space (280) formed between an outer wall of the inner barrel (230) and an inner wall of the outer barrel (210).
