Abstract:
Disclosed is an energy-saving environmentally friendly digital cutting plotter, comprising a conveying mechanism (1), a rewinding mechanism (3) and a machine base (4), wherein a working platform (41) is arranged on the machine base, and the conveying mechanism and the rewinding mechanism are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the working platform. The cutting plotter further comprises a cutting-plotting mechanism (2), wherein at least one cutting-plotting mechanism is arranged on the working platform, each cutting-plotting mechanism is arranged on the working platform via a mounting seat (42) corresponding to the cutting-plotting mechanism, and the conveying mechanism, the cutting-plotting mechanism and the rewinding mechanism are all electrically connected to a control system of the cutting plotter. According to the apparatus, an X-axis moving assembly (22) and a Z-axis moving assembly (23) are combined with a cutting-plotting assembly, the cutting-plotting assembly can move horizontally and vertically, and a cutting-plotting cutter engraves a pattern on a material piece, such that products of varied content can be produced according to actual situations, and the production costs are reduced. The apparatus is high in automation degree, easily operated and quick in terms of transfer, has a good use effect and is suitable for meeting small-batch production requirements.
