Abstract:
An energy-saving garment processing and drying device, comprising a drying box (1), a large gear (8), a vertical bar (11), an air chamber (15), an electrostatic precipitator (17), an organic solvent tank (21) and an air pump (25). A fixing plate (3) is arranged in the drying box (1), and a supporting plate (5) is arranged inside the opening of an internal gear disc (4). The large gear (8) is arranged on the supporting plate (5), and a pinion (9) is arranged between the large gear (8) and the internal gear disc (4). A motor (10) is arranged at the top of the drying box (1), the vertical bar (11) is arranged at the bottom of the pinion (9), and a cross bar (12) is arranged on the vertical bar (11). A supporting table (14) is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the drying box (1), and the bottom of the vertical bar (11) is rotatably connected to the supporting table (14). The air chamber (15) is arranged in a side plate of the drying box (1), an air outlet hole (16) is provided on the side wall of the drying box (1), the electrostatic precipitator (17) is arranged at an air inlet of a cavity (15), and an electric heating wire (18) and a fan (19) are further provided in the cavity (15). The organic solvent tank (21) is arranged on the drying box (1), and an air extraction pipe (20) is provided on the drying box (1). A charcoal box (23) is arranged on the drying box (1). The air pump (25) is arranged in the top plate of the drying box (1). The output end of the air pump (25) is provided with an exhaust pipe (26). The energy-saving garment processing and drying device has high drying efficiency, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
