Abstract:
An energy-saving hydraulic press for a stamping die and an energy-saving method, relating to the technical field of hydraulic presses for stamping dies. The energy-saving hydraulic press comprises: a lower die (7), an upper die (5) and an oil cylinder (3); an upper oil cylinder cavity (31) and a lower oil cylinder cavity (32) are formed in the oil cylinder (3); a prefill valve (1) is connected to the upper oil cylinder cavity (31); an oil suction pipe (2) is connected to the other port of the prefill valve (1); an energy accumulator switch valve (11) is connected to the lower oil cylinder cavity (32); a pressure switch (9) used for measuring the pressure during energy accumulation is provided on the energy accumulator switch valve (11); an energy accumulator (8) and an energy release valve (10) are connected to the other port of the energy accumulator switch valve (11), respectively; in a rapid descent stage of the upper die (5), rapid descent is implemented due to the dead weight of the upper die (5), and the upper oil cylinder cavity (31) absorbs and recharges oil by means of the oil suction pipe (2); and in a deceleration stage of the upper die (5), energy generated in the rapid descend stage of the upper die (5) is recycled using the energy accumulator (8), so that the effect of saving energy is achieved.
