Title:
ENERGY-SAVING MARINE OIL CONTAMINATION CLEANER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/020705
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An energy-saving marine oil contamination cleaner comprises an oil slick absorption device (1), a transmission device (2), a wind-driven conveying device (3), a heat pump device (4), and a controller (5). The oil slick absorption device (1) comprises an oil absorption conveyer belt (6), a floating body (7), and an oil absorption ball (8); the floating body (7) comprises a lifting pool (26), an oil suction tank (27), and a traction joint (28). The lifting pool (26) and the oil suction tank (27) are connected into a whole, a pool opening (29) of the lifting pool (26) faces upward, and a tank opening (30) of the oil suction tank (27) faces downwards. The oil suction tank (27) is provided with an oil guide channel (31) so as to enable oil slick on a water surface to enter the oil suction tank (27) through the oil guide channel (31). The controller (5) is provided with a first sensor (32) and a second sensor (33); and when the oil slick absorption device (1) works, the controller (5) can control work of a first water pump (34) and a second water pump (35) according to signals of the first sensor (32) and the second sensor (33), to increase or decrease water storage of the lifting pool (26) and control rise and fall of the floating body (7), so as to enable the oil absorption ball (8) arranged in the oil suction tank (27) of the floating body (7) to be located at a position of an oil layer of the oil slick, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning up the oil slick by means of congealing and absorption using the oil absorption ball (8).
