Abstract:
An energy saving method for determining energy saving-purposed rotation stopping critical time of a numerically controlled machine tool spindle, comprising: step 1: dividing a machining process of a numerically controlled machine tool spindle system into a transient-state process and a steady-state process; step 2, calculating energy consumption of the steady-state process of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle system; step 3, calculating energy consumption of the transient-state process of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle system; step 4; determining conditions for satisfying energy saving-purposed rotation stopping of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle; step 5, determining conditions for satisfying energy saving-purposed rotation stopping critical time of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle; step 6, calculating the energy saving-purposed rotation stopping critical time of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle; and step 7, establishing an energy saving prediction model of the method for energy saving-purposed rotation stopping of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle. The method is simple to operate and easy to promote, can achieve accurate calculation of the energy saving-purposed rotation stopping critical time of the numerically controlled machine tool spindle and estimation of an energy saving effect, and has good guiding significance for energy saving of the numerically controlled machine tool.
