Abstract:
An energy saving method and a terminal device. The energy saving method can be executed by a first terminal device. The first terminal device is bound to a second terminal device by means of a one number multi-terminal service. The energy saving method comprises: when a power saving condition is satisfied, performing a power-off operation on a baseband module of the first terminal device and an AP core, and controlling a Bluetooth module of the first terminal device to be in a power supply state. The first terminal device is bound to the second terminal device by means of a one number multi-terminal service; therefore, when a baseband module of the second terminal device is in a power supply state, the first terminal device can communicate with the second terminal device by means of the Bluetooth module without affecting functions such as a call of the first terminal device. Moreover, compared with some of the cores running in the power-off main processor, all cores of the main processor in the present method stop running, and the baseband module is in a power-off state, which can further save the power.
