A placement groove (5) is provided on the surface of the first rod (2), a solar panel (6) is provided within the placement groove (5), and a transparent cover plate (7) is provided on the top of the placement groove (5) and located above the solar panel (6). A storage cavity (8) is provided within the first rod (2), a storage battery (9) is provided within the storage cavity (8), and a micro photoelectric converter (10) is provided within the storage cavity (8). An illuminating lamp (11) is provided on a side surface of the front end of the holding rod (1), a micro speaker (12) is provided on a lower surface of one end of the holding rod (1), a USB interface (13) is provided on a lower surface of the other end of the holding rod (1), a rescue hammer (14) is provided at the other end of the holding rod (1), a striking hammer (16) is movably connected to an outer side surface of the rescue hammer (14), and the holding rod (1) is provided with a first switch (20) and a second switch (21).
