Abstract:
An energy-saving pendulum shear for thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling. A guide sleeve (4) and a guide rod (5) are arranged between an upper shearing device (8) and an eccentric crankshaft (3) of the pendulum shear; one end of the guide sleeve (4) is rotatably connected to the eccentric crankshaft (3), and the other end thereof is provided with a guide hole (42); one end of the guide rod (5) is slidably connected to the guide sleeve (4) by means of the guide hole (42), and the other end thereof is connected to the upper shearing device (8); the guide sleeve (4) is provided with a first positioning surface (41), and the guide rod (5) is provided with a second positioning surface (61); a wedge block (6) is arranged between the first positioning surface (41) and the second positioning surface (61); the first positioning surface (41) and the second positioning surface (61) are both in surface contact with the wedge block (6); the wedge block (6) is connected to a driving device; and the wedge block is driven by the driving device to slide between the first positioning surface (41) and the second positioning surface (61), so as to adjust the distance between the first positioning surface (41) and the second positioning surface (61). The pendulum shear for continuous casting and continuous rolling uses the wedge block (6) to replace a traditional hydraulic cylinder positioning means, and a hydraulic pressurization system is removed, such that the requirements for a power system and an oil supply system of a hydraulic station are reduced, thereby reducing the apparatus investment cost and the energy consumption of the pendulum shear.
