Abstract:
An energy-saving window film for an insulating glass unit, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof, mainly relating to the field of functional film materials. The preparation method for the energy-saving window film for an insulating glass unit comprises: using a high-strength base film (1), and sputtering in a layered manner a metal or a metal oxide and a metal nitride on the surface of the high-strength base film (1) by means of a magnetron sputtering process, so as to reduce the infrared radiation rate of a film layer, and to effectively block infrared rays from transmission without affecting daylighting and the field of view; coating the surface of a formed low-radiation layer (2) with a modified polyurethane acrylate protective layer, so as to improve oxidation resistance of the plating; and installing an adhesive layer (4) to supply adhesion performance of the film on glass, and meanwhile to improve the anti-impact strength and the safety and explosion-proof effects of the glass. When being applied to an insulating glass unit, the energy-saving window film has multiple functions such as impact resistance, being thin and light, energy conservation and heat preservation, and oxidation resistance. Therefore, the overall service life of the energy-saving window film for the insulating glass unit and an application carrier thereof is prolonged while the properties of the energy-saving window film are ensured to be stable.
