Abstract:
The present application provides an energy storage apparatus and an energy storage system, which relate to the technical field of energy storage. The energy storage apparatus comprises a cabinet body, a battery, and a gas collection bin. The cabinet body has a first wall portion, and the battery is accommodated inside the cabinet body. The gas collection bin is arranged on the first wall portion, and is located outside the cabinet body, and an accommodating space is formed inside the gas collection bin. An exhaust port in communication with the accommodating space is provided in the first wall portion, and the accommodating space is used for accommodating emissions discharged from the battery. The energy storage apparatus having such a structure is used such that emissions discharged from the battery to the external environment can be reduced, which is conducive to reducing the pollution of the environment; in addition, subsequent centralized treatment of the emissions can be facilitated to reduce inadequate treatment of the emissions in the cabinet body of the energy storage apparatus, and the risk of fire or explosion caused by the accumulation of emissions in the cabinet body can be decreased, which facilitates an improvement in the usage safety of the energy storage apparatus.
