Abstract:
The present application discloses an energy storage system, an uninterruptible power supply, and a battery balancing method. The energy storage system comprises multiple bidirectional power converters and multiple windings; the multiple windings share a magnetic core; at a same moment, a controller transmits energy of a target battery to the magnetic core by means of the bidirectional power converters and a target winding, wherein the voltage of the target battery is greater than that of some or all of batteries other than the target battery. The voltage of a battery changes as the battery is charged and discharged, and the controller can re-find the target battery for continuous discharging until the voltage of all the batteries is balanced, for example, the voltage difference of the batteries is within a preset voltage range. The target battery is controlled to be discharged, and other batteries are all being charged, such that the voltage of the target battery can be rapidly pulled down, and the voltage of N batteries connected in series is balanced. Energy is transmitted between a battery and a battery by means of a winding and a magnetic core, such that interference signals can be isolated from each other and the degree of isolation is relatively good.
