Abstract:
An energy storing rotating disc based on spiral control, comprising a scroll spring (1), a swivel (2), a gear ring (6), an internal threaded disc (7), a stroke limiting piece (8), a protrusion (9) and a screw (10); the energy storing rotating disc stores energy with the scroll spring (1), and stores and releases energy by means of the mutual movement between the screw (10) and the internal threaded disc (7). When no energy is stored, an external force, by means of tooth engagement, drives the gear ring (6) and the internal threaded disc (7) to rotate, and the internal threaded disc (7), by means of a driving rod (5), drives the scroll spring (1) to store energy, while moving away from a swivel supporting disc (4); when moving to the protrusion (9), the internal threaded disc (7) gets stuck in the protrusion (9). When an opposite external force is applied to the gear ring (6), the stroke limiting piece (8) disengages from the protrusion (9), and after the disengagement, the inner threaded disc (7), under the action of the spiral spring (1), drives the gear ring (6) to rotate, and drives an external member by means of tooth engagement. The energy storing rotating disc can store energy in one stroke and release energy in the reverse stroke.
