An energy supply system of electronic high voltage power mutual-inductor, at least includes: an input module, used to receive current and eliminate disturbance in the current; a transition module, used to transfer the received current to low voltage direct current; an energy supply module, used to transfer the low voltage direct current to high frequency alternating current; a magnetic processing module, used to transfer the high frequency alternating current to high voltage alternating current by magnetic elements and high-voltage resistance wires connected to the magnetic elements. In the energy supply system and method of the electronic high voltage power mutual-inductor, by the magnetic elements and the high-voltage resistance wires connected to the magnetic elements, the structure is simple, getting power is easy, and outputting energy of power supply is effectively transited, and providing high power energy in the environment of high voltage is implemented so as to achieve the aim of isolating the high voltage.
