Title:
ENERGY TRANSMISSION MECHANISM IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE OF NEW TYPE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1992/017048
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide construction, configuration and arrangement of especially an energy transmitting mechanism (according to a previous mechanism, it is close to a rotary engine mechanism or Judson's supercharging construction), which is a mechanism for suppressing any energy loss in an engine mechanism below the energy loss of the previous energy mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Energy generated in a combustion chamber is directly transmitted to a rotor 4 through no transmission mechanism such as a connecting rod. Centrifugal force caused by rotations of a sliding vane 6 and a shaft 15 is effectively utilized in respective strokes of intake, compression, expansion and exhaust. Consequently, combustion energy of air-mixture is directly transmitted to the shaft, and the energy loss absorbed at the indirect passage is eliminated so as to improve an energy transmitting rate.
