Abstract:
An engagement assembly, a core assembly, a system, and a method for delivering an implant. The engagement assembly is capable of clamping and releasing an implant, and the engagement assembly comprises: a pin element (41), comprising a pin head (43) having the diameter gradually decreasing from the distal end to the proximal end; and a proximal pusher (42), comprising a chamber for accommodating the pin head, the surface of the chamber being in clearance fit with the surface of the pin head (43), and the proximal end of the proximal pusher (42) being provided with an opening; wherein, the proximal end of the pin element (41) is fixedly connected to the distal end of a first elongated delivery member in a catheter via the opening, and the proximal end of the proximal pusher (42) is fixedly connected to the distal end of a second elongated delivery member (15) in the catheter (13); by means of relative movement between the first elongated delivery member and the second elongated delivery member (15), the pin head (43) is movable relative to the proximal pusher (42) along the longitudinal axis direction of the catheter (13). The core assembly and the system comprise the engagement assembly. According to the engagement assembly, the core assembly, the system and the method, the implant, after being released, can be retrieved and repositioned, and the sliding between the implant and the engagement assembly can be effectively prevented.
