Abstract:
Provided is an engine including: an engine body; an intake line connected to a combustion chamber of the engine body; a first fuel line configured to supply a first fuel to the intake line; a second fuel line configured to supply a second fuel, the lower explosive limit of which is higher than that of the first fuel, to the intake line; a first flow control valve provided in the first fuel line; a second flow control valve provided in the second fuel line; and a control device configured to control the first flow control valve and the second flow control valve so as to perform, in an intake stroke, supply of the first fuel to the combustion chamber before supply of the second fuel to the combustion chamber.
