Abstract:
Disclosed is an engine environmental protection and fuel saving device capable of changing an intake system of an engine from passive combustion to active combustion. The device comprises a flange plate (1), an outer flow-guiding tube (2), a central flow-guiding tube (3), a fixed flow-guiding fan (4) and screw holes (6) connected to a throttle and an intake manifold of the engine. The central flow-guiding tube (3) and the outer flow-guiding tube (2) are connected to the fixed flow-guiding fan (4) for assisting in fixing the flow-guiding fan (4) and playing a role of guiding the flow; the outer flow-guiding tube (2) is inserted into the intake manifold of the engine, and is fixed using screws by means of the screw holes (6) connected to the throttle and the intake manifold of the engine. The fuel saving device solves the problems of excessive carbon deposition, reduced power, waste of fuel, unqualified exhaust emissions, and air pollution caused by insufficient combustion of the engine. After the installation of the device, the engine power is increased significantly by about 30%, thereby saving about 15% on fuel, there is no carbon deposition, the exhaust gas emission is nearly zero, and there is no need to clean the throttle and a three-way catalytic device.
