Abstract:
Disclosed is an engine exhaust after-treatment mixing device, comprising a shell (1), and a first swirl disk (2), a second swirl disk (3) and a mounting base (4) for mounting a urea nozzle, wherein same are mounted in the shell (1). A mixing cavity (20) is formed between the first swirl disk (2) and the second swirl disk (3). The engine exhaust after-treatment mixing device further comprises a fine fiber element (5) located in the mixing cavity (20) and used for exhaust gas and urea droplets to pass through same, so as to further break up and evaporate the urea droplets. With such an arrangement, the crystallization resistance capability for urea can be enhanced. Further disclosed are an application of the fine fiber element in the engine exhaust after-treatment mixing device, and an engine exhaust after-treatment device having the mixing device.
