Abstract:

An engine exhaust aftertreatment apparatus, comprising a first aftertreatment assembly (1), a first cavity assembly (2), a second aftertreatment assembly (3), a second cavity assembly (4), and a third cavity assembly (5). The second cavity assembly (4) comprises a housing (41) having an inner cavity (52), a flow guide plate (42) located in the inner cavity (52), and a distribution plate (43) located at the downstream of the flow guide plate (42); the flow guide plate (42) comprises a flow guide cover (423) and a plate part (424) extending from the flow guide cover (423); the flow guide cover (423) completely isolates exhaust flowing out of the third cavity assembly (5) from the housing (41) at an outlet of the third cavity assembly (5); the third cavity assembly (5) further comprises a perforated tube (55) located in a mixing tube (51). By means of the provision of the flow guide plate, exhaust can enter a vehicle of the second aftertreatment assembly in a uniform manner; in addition, by means of the provision of the perforated tube, the fragmentation of urea droplets and a heat exchanging effect thereof with the wall surface are enhanced, thereby reducing the risk of urea crystallization.
