A method for reducing exhaust dust removal electric field coupling of an engine, selecting parameters of the anode and the cathode of an exhaust dust removal electric field, so as to reduce the number of times of electric field coupling, significantly reducing the size of an electric field dust removal device, and maintaining a higher rate of particle removal.
