Abstract:
Disclosed is an engine oil cooling element having improved precision assemblability and durability at a unit cooling portion for cooling and at a unit heat radiation portion for cooling oil. According to the present invention, multiple drawn projections and seating grooves are respectively formed in the flat surface portions of a first collar, which is an edge finishing member, and a plate so that the unit heat radiation portion, to which the oil moves and causes heat radiation, can be reliably assembled. After the drawn projection of the plate is inserted into the seating groove of the first collar, a caulking portion where a horizontal portion is expanded and fixed through press fitting is configured to be in close contact with another mutually contacting portion. A seating groove is formed in a second collar, which is an edge finishing member, so as to be inserted into and assembled with the drawn projection formed on the plate of the unit heat radiation portion. As a result, a cooling portion is configured to provide a space where an out pin is accommodated, and the cooling portion can be conveniently assembled with the unit heat radiation portion.
